Over the past week I have been bombarded with calls and emails from people wanting to sign up for the Fall indoor session. But as of right now the actual number of registrations I have in hand is relatively low. I have learned that many players from outdoor leagues outside of NKYA are actually finishing their seasons over the next two weekends and that might explain why so many people want to play but have yet to sign up. In any case, I have decided to push the start of the session back to the weekend of the 29th so that as many players as possible can get registered. I will be contacting Coaches about the Coach's meeting for Saturday the 22nd. Once the Coaches have their rosters in hand they will begin contacting families about our first weekend of games.
With the session starting a week later but still ending the weekend of Dec. 17th we will need to schedule either one double header or one weeknight game for each team in order to get all eight games in prior to the Christmas Holiday. We will not be playing the weekend of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
